Hi fellow Enneagram enthusiasts 👋 I'm a 9w8 and generally love the peace and stability that comes with my type, but I often struggle to assert myself when confronted with conflict. I understand that Type 9's tend to avoid conflict, however, the 8 wing should add more assertiveness, right? How do you, as fellow 9w8's, manage these contradictions? And how do you balance the calm nature of a 9 with the more assertive, confrontational nature of an 8 wing? Any tips or insights would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. 😊
