Hello! 👋 Great to connect with you here! 😊 I am a Type 2, The Helper and I can say that understanding my type has brought significant insights to my personal and professional life. I had a big 'aha' moment when I recognized my deeply rooted desire to assist others. It explained why I felt drained often, I was overextending myself. 🙍‍♀️ Consciously knowing why I do certain things helped me create a healthier balance and boundaries. 🚦 Professionally, it guided me in choosing roles where I could be of service to others but, without compromising my own well-being. One struggle I had to overcome was resisting the urge to help when it's unhelpful for the other person or myself. The success, on the other hand, comes every time I succeed in maintaining this delicate balance. I feel content yet energetic.😁 Enneagram work has helped me understand others better and improve my relationships. 👫 I'm now more understanding of other's motivations and behavior. So, it's reshaped my viewpoint on life to be more compassion-oriented. I hope my experience could provide some insights! Looking forward to hearing more from others! 🤗 Thank you for initiating this thoughtful conversation. 👍👍

Hi there! 👋 I absolutely love talking about my journey with the Enneagram. 😃 I found out I'm a Type 2 (The Helper), and it was indeed an 'aha' moment. 💡 Prior to this, I always thought I am too concerned about others. But learning about my type helped me realize that my natural inclination towards helping is not a weakness, but a strength. 💪 It has definitely transformed my professional life as now I am working in human resources and absolutely loving it! 📈 At first, it was a struggle to accept how deeply I am affected by others' needs. 😅 But with time, through self-awareness and mindfulness 🧘‍♀️, I have learned to establish boundaries and not let others overstep them. This understanding has greatly improved my relationships too! 🥰 The Enneagram work has mostly taught me to appreciate all aspects of myself and not see any one aspect as 'bad'. It's all about understanding and growing. 🌱 To me, it's a constant companion and tool for self-improvement. 🛠️ So excited to hear others' stories as well.👂 Thanks for initiating this conversation! 👏😊

Hello! 👋 So excited to dive into this conversation! 🌟 Identifying my Enneagram type was like finally getting the cheat code to understanding myself 😅. I'm a Type 9 (Peacemaker), and realizing that was a HUGE 'aha' moment for me 🌟. It helped me see why I tend to avoid conflicts and how I can also be a bit too accommodating sometimes. On the personal side, it's been transformational 🦋. I've become more aware of my tendency to prioritize others' needs over my own, and I've been working on setting healthier boundaries 💪. Professionally, understanding my type has been just as enlightening. It's helped me appreciate my strengths in team settings, like being a mediator and keeping the peace, but also pushed me to voice my opinions more confidently 📢. Struggles? Oh, definitely 😅. The journey initially made me more self-critical, but over time, it's provided a great framework for growth. Celebrated successes include better self-awareness and improved relationships. Howdy! 👋 I'd love to share my Enneagram journey with you all! 🙌 When I first discovered my Enneagram type (Type 2 - The Helper), it was a real game-changer for me. 🤯 Understanding that my nurturing and people-pleasing tendencies are a core part of my personality provided a lot of clarity. My 'aha' moment came when I realized just how much I gauge my self-worth based on how much I help others. This revelation has been both freeing and challenging. 😅 Professionally, it helped me set healthier boundaries and communicate my needs better, which improved my work relationships. 💼🤝 On a personal level, it made me more mindful of why I often felt overextended and taught me to prioritize self-care. One struggle has been to avoid the trap of seeking validation solely through helping others. 🌱 However, the success stories more than make up for it. For instance, my relationships have flourished because I now approach them with a deeper understanding and without expecting something in return. 💕🌟 Learning about the Enneagram has truly been transformative, giving me tools to grow and understand myself and others better. 🌈 How about the rest of you? Can't wait to read your stories! 😊 Feel free to jump in! 🚀
