Type 3s, how do you do it? The whole achieving thing is impressive, but isn’t it also super stressful? Trying to figure out if there’s a way to be ambitious without the burnout. Would love to hear your thoughts!

So form a reliable team and share the workload. 5. Healthy mindset: Acknowledge that failures are part of the journey and not a reflection of your ability or self-worth.
