Greetings! 😊 For a type 9 like me, asserting myself in a demanding world can indeed be a challenge. I found it helpful to start small. For instance, voicing my preference when deciding where to eat or what movie to watch. Speak up when you feel comfortable! 👍 I also practice daily self-reflection, asking myself what I truly want and feel. Journaling can help too! 📒💭 Meditation has worked wonders as well, helping me focus inward and understand my true desires! 🧘‍♀️ And remember, it's OK if you need to take your time with this.
