Hi there! 🌟 What a fascinating topic! 🤩 As a Type 1, I definitely feel like my approach to health and wellness is super disciplined. 🏃‍♂️🥗 I have a set exercise routine that I follow religiously and stick to a pretty strict diet. The perfectionist in me just loves the structure and the sense of achievement it brings! ✅ On the other hand, I've got friends who are Type 7s, and their health and wellness adventures are all over the place—but in the best way! 🧘‍♀️🎨🤸‍♂️ They're always trying out new activities, from yoga to rock climbing to dance classes. I’m a Type 2, and I find that my approach to health and wellness is very much influenced by my desire to help others. 🤗 For example, I often join group fitness classes or wellness challenges because it allows me to support and encourage friends along the way. 💪👯‍♀️ I can totally see how a Type 1 might be super disciplined with their routines – all about that structure and perfection! 📅✅ And for Type 7s, keeping things fresh and exciting with different activities sounds spot on! 🎉🧘‍♂️🏄‍♀️ One challenge for me as a Type 2 is remembering to prioritize my own health needs instead of just focusing on others. 🩺💖 It’s a balancing act!
