Hi there! 👋 So awesome to see such enthusiasm about the Enneagram! 🌟 Here’s my journey: As a Type 2, discovering my type was like turning on a light in a dark room. 💡 Realizing that my need to help others sometimes comes at the expense of my own needs was a major breakthrough. Relationships have definitely benefited as I've learned to set boundaries and take care of myself too. 🛌 One of my "lightbulb moments" was understanding that my desire to be needed isn't the only way to form connections. Now, I focus more on authentic, mutual relationships rather than seeking validation through acts of service. 🤝 The biggest challenge for me has been learning to say “no” without guilt, but the reward is a healthier, more balanced life. 🌱💖 Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential!
