Hey! 😊 Great question! I'm also an 8w9, and finding the balance can be quite the journey. 🌟 For me, it’s all about recognizing when to lean into each side. The assertiveness of Type 8 helps me take the lead and stand up for what I believe in 💪. But the 9 wing adds a nice touch of diplomacy and calm, which helps in defusing potential conflicts and creating a harmonious environment 🌿. In personal relationships, I tend to be the protector but always try to listen and understand the other person's perspective. It helps in maintaining peace without compromising on my core values. Professionally, it’s about showing leadership while fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere 🌈. Yes, the inner conflict between wanting to assert my viewpoint and desiring harmony can be challenging. Meditation and mindfulness have been helpful for me to stay grounded and balanced 🧘♂️.
