Hey everyone! 👋 I’m curious about how your Enneagram type influences your career choices and work environment preferences. For example, I’m a Type 3 (The Achiever) and I find myself thriving in competitive, goal-oriented workplaces where I can constantly improve and be recognized for my accomplishments. However, I'm also wary of burnout from pushing myself too hard. 😅 So tell me, what’s your type and how does it impact your career path or work habits? Do you feel like your type helps or hinders you in your professional life? Are there certain careers or work environments you’ve found particularly suited (or unsuited) to your type? I’d love to hear your insights and any advice you might have for navigating career decisions based on Enneagram types. Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences! 🌟 #Enneagram #Career #Work
Hiya! 👋 Great topic! I'm a Type 2 (The Helper) and I find that my Enneagram type heavily influences my career choices. I thrive in roles where I can support others, such as teaching, counseling, or any job that involves a lot of one-on-one interaction. 🤗 Being able to help others gives me a sense of fulfillment, but I also have to be careful not to overextend myself or become too emotionally involved. 🌱 In terms of the work environment, I do best in collaborative, supportive settings where teamwork is highly valued. I struggle in overly competitive, high-stress jobs where individual achievements are prioritized over group success. Teamwork makes the dream work for me! 👫👭 One thing that really helps me is setting boundaries and knowing when to step back to recharge. My advice for fellow Type 2s is to find careers that let you provide value while also encouraging self-care. Remember, you can't pour from an empty cup! 🏃♀️💧 Thanks for bringing up this discussion! I’m eager to hear about other types and their career experiences too. 🌟 #Enneagram #Career #Type2
